New Attractions in Branson

2019 is the year to travel to Branson! With loads of exciting new attractions, and updates to some of the classics, your family won’t want to miss out. Keep reading to see what’s new in town!

Everyone’s favorite ogre is setting up his swamp in Branson this summer! Shrek The Musical, based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film opens at the Welk Resort Theatre, June 8 through August 10, 2019.

This new thrill ride will be located at the Track Family Fun Parks #3 and will feature a windmill-style propeller spinning riders up to 60 miles per hour, experiencing the force of 4 G’s, all while soaring 180 feet in the air!

2019 is set to be the year of shows and festivals at Silver Dollar City! Guests will experience several new shows including concerts, magic and an all-new original stage production from Silver Dollar City’s award-winning producers. In the fall they will debut the Harvest Festival and Pumpkin Nights! Then during an Old Time Christmas they will debut “Joy on Town Square,” complete with their new 8-story tree.

Opening at the Branson Landing, across from Belk, this 19,000-square-foot building will provide good ‘ole southern family style dining. This dining experience will be available to guests in late spring of 2019.

This science focused indoor amusement park combines education and entertainment with over 100 hands-on exhibits for all ages! Located right in the heart of Branson on Highway 76, this attraction is scheduled to open this summer.

Coming soon to the Branson Landing, this dining experience will bring paradise to the Ozarks. Complete with a variety of food and live entertainment, you’ll want to stop here during your next visit to Branson.

New on the Branson Landing, Andy B’s Bowl Social provides a fun atmosphere with undeniable eats, hand-crafted beverages and a handful of games and attractions. You won’t want to miss out on this modern take on bowling during your next visit to Branson!
